Alexander Zampier
Former OOS&AHh's Skills and Drills Basketball Camper
Alexander Zampier is now a player development coach in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He will be our guest for one week of camp this summer with one of his former coaches, Curtis Sankey. AZ, as some call him, was an outstanding student-athlete at Columbia High School in East Greenbush, NY. Some of his accolades were First Team All-Suburban Council, News Channel 13 All-Star, Division 1 Yale University Men's Basketball 1st Team All-Ivy League Selection, Semi-Professional Basketball Player in Argentina, and player development coach with the following NBA teams: San Antonio Spurs, Utah Jazz, Phoenix Suns, and Detroit Pistons. He now serves as an NBA Scout with the Charlotte Hornets. We are excited that coach Alexander Zampier will be on hand to demonstrate and provide some professional instruction at this summer's basketball camp.
